Foundation : R.C.C pile foundation & framed structure

Roof : R.C.C roof

Wall : 1st class K.B/fly ash brick masonry in rich cement mortar (1:6)

Painting : External-Two coats exterior Acrylic Emulsion (weather coat) paint of Asian/Berger or equivalent make over one coat of primer.

Flooring : Vitrified tiles/marbles in all rooms including 4” skirting and Anti-skid Ceramic tiles/marbles in toilet, kitchen and balcony.

Kitchen : Dado in kitchen, Glazed ceramic tiles dado up to 2’6” height above kitchen platform. Granite platform with stainless steel sink, provision for fixing of Aqua guard & Modular kitchen set.

Toilets : Toilet dado shall be provided glazed wall tiles up to 5’0” height. A tap shower, wall mirror, towel rail & a soap desk shall be provided in the bathroom and a W.C with flushing cistern will be provided in toilet. Provision of Geyser & Exhaust fan point.

Doors & Window : All door frames (chowkath) shall be of hard wood/RCC concrete. All door shutters shall be of commercial flush/paneled type. All windows shall be provided with aluminum frame with 4mn glass & Grill (optional).

Hardware & Fittings : Quality hardware fittings like aluminum door, bolts, mortise lock, and tower shall be provided with the doors.

Electrical : Concealed copper wiring of Finolex/Anchor or Equivalent make. Power plug for cooking range chimney, refrigerator, microwave, ovens, mixer/grinders in kitchen. Plug points for TV & Audio systems etc. individual meter boards, Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) for each distribution boards & Modular Switches of Reputed brand.

Lift : Lift will be provided in every block.
